Wise Woman coaching is available as a 6 month program; a one-day workshop or customized for your individual group needs.

Wise Woman Journey: A journey to confidence, connection & clarity

6-Month Coaching Program

The Wise Woman Journey is a six-month coaching program, designed to bring women together to discover more about themselves and awaken to their own possibilities. Through the experiential sessions, participants develop a clear and focussed plan of action that will move them towards their biggest goals and dreams.

The program begins with a full day of discovery, followed by a series of monthly group coaching sessions taking place within a 6 month timeframe. As a participant you will meet with the same group of women, in a consistent location, for the 6 months. In addition to the group work, you will receive two 30-minute personal one-on-one coaching sessions with Jacqui.

Components of the program include a 6-hour Discovery day followed by six 2-hour monthly sessions and two one-on-one personal coaching sessions with Jacqui.

Wise Woman Connection: Awaken your inner wise woman

1-Day Workshop

Wise Woman Connection is an intimate one-day experiential workshop (approximately 6 hours) designed to awaken our inner wise woman, become clear about our core values and connect more deeply to what matters most. Participants will have an opportunity to tap into their inner place of intuition, wisdom and power.

Through active participation in this workshop you will:

Participate in several visioning and coaching exercises
Share experiences, values, dreams and ideas
Create a vision board to help you visualize your dreams
Learn techniques for manifesting your dreams & goals
Receive a post-workshop 30-minute one-on-one coaching session with Jacqui

Customized Wise Woman Sessions

Customized Wise Woman Coaching Services are available for full-day and half-day sessions, ranging from one stand-alone session to a series of sessions over a period of time.
